Returns & Refunds

items, we’re unable to accept returns once a pouch has left our facility — even
if unopened. This ensures safety and freshness for all customers.
However, we absolutely want you to
be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged,
faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:
- your order number
- a photo of the item
- a brief description of what happened
We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the courier and issue a replacement where needed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, your order may already be in processing.
